I want to say this with sincerity — from my mind, my body, and my soul. If someone has wronged you, forgive them. Give it to God and let it go.

I’ve had to do this many times in my life. At first, it wasn’t easy. I still held on to resentment, animosity, and sometimes even malice in my heart, even while saying I had let it go. I had to truly surrender and give it to God — honestly — before it stopped affecting my life.

When I say “I forgive you,” or when I accept an apology, there are no hidden intentions behind it. If I say it, I mean it. And if someone were to apologize to me — even though I don’t expect it — I would accept it and move on.

It’s good to apologize for the things we’ve done that may have hurt others or thrown them off track. When we recognize our mistakes and acknowledge them, that’s how we begin to master ourselves and navigate the emotional defects we all carry.

Being able to wake up, look in the mirror, and be okay with what you see is not easy. It’s tough for everyone — whether you’re straight‑edged, struggling, using, not using — it doesn’t matter. The mind can shift into negativity in milliseconds. But when that happens, you have to be able to tell yourself:

“That’s not me. I know who I am.”

One of the greatest accomplishments in life is discovering who you truly are — not who you want people to think you are, but who you are from the inside out.

People judge by appearance. First glance, they might think I’m trouble. Some even add to that story. I’m not looking for anyone to read the whole book anyway. I don’t need validation from anyone. I get mine from God, and I keep moving forward.

This journey is about your inner self and your relationship with God.

I’m not always right about everything I say. But if I’m wrong, I can admit it. I can say, “You’re right. I was wrong.” That doesn’t hurt my pride or my ego. It helps me grow, learn, and understand more.

The goal is to become the best version of yourself — and not let others determine your worth. Have a good heart. We don’t have to get along with everyone, but if we could show a little respect to each other, this world would turn a lot smoother.

It’s okay to be by yourself. Sometimes it’s better. Sitting with yourself helps you understand yourself. It allows you to say:

And then you move on.

You have to be okay with yourself. You have to be willing to surrender situations to God and not let them control your mind moving forward. It’s tough. It’s hard. But it’s achievable.

I want you to know this: I believe in you. I believe you can do anything.

Remember that God is the ultimate creator. I don’t judge anyone for who they believe God is. At the end of the day, there is one Creator, and that’s God.

If you’re struggling right now, keep pushing through. You’re going to succeed.

One of my favorite sayings is: “I will achieve and succeed because I believe.”

God bless you. Have a wonderful day.

Ephesians 4:31–32 (NIV) “Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.”
