For the Ones Who Are Hurting and Don’t Know Where to Turn

If you’re reading this right now, I want you to hear me with your whole heart:

You are not weak because you’re hurting. You are not broken beyond repair. And you are not alone — not for one second.

I know what it feels like to chase the wrong things, to try to fit in, to act tough because you’re scared to be seen for who you really are. I know what it feels like to lose things you love, to hold on to pain until it poisons you, to feel like you’re drowning in your own mistakes.

But listen to me:

You can make it. Even when it hurts. Even when you don’t believe in yourself. Even when you feel like giving up.

God doesn’t need you to be perfect. He just needs you to be willing.

Let go of what’s killing you. Let go of what’s pulling you backward. Let go of the lies that say you’re not enough.

You are worth saving. You are worth healing. You are worth loving.

And you don’t have to walk this alone.

There is a God. And He has carried people through worse storms than the one you’re in.

You might not feel Him right now. You might think He’s silent. You might think He’s forgotten you.

But He hasn’t.

Sometimes the pain is the very thing that wakes us up. Sometimes the breaking is what makes room for healing. Sometimes the silence is where you finally hear Him.

I’m not telling you this as someone who had an easy life. I’m telling you this as someone who sat in darkness, who lost things he never wanted to lose, who had to let go of people and habits that were destroying him, who had to face himself in the mirror and admit he needed help.

And God met me there. Not when I was strong — when I was weak. Not when I had it together — when I was falling apart.

If you’re hurting, if you’re tired, if you’re fighting battles nobody sees, hear this:

And if you’re standing in the middle of your storm, with shaking hands and a tired heart, hear this truth one more time:

You were never meant to walk alone. You were never meant to carry every burden by yourself. And even when the night feels endless, God is still God in the dark. He is still the One who lifts the broken, still the One who heals what life tried to destroy, still the One who calls you by your name when the world only calls you by your mistakes.

So breathe. Stand. Take one step. Then another.

Because you are not finished. You are not forgotten. And you are not beyond redemption.

May your pain become strength, your fear become faith, and your story become the reason someone else chooses to keep going.

God bless you. Truly .Love Kristofer Krumholtz
